UK Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Baiwu UK pieces. If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy below.

Returns and exchanges are available for UK orders only.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by emailing callacollectivebrands@gmail.com. Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us — we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. We are not liable for items lost in transit.

Items must be returned unworn, with all tags attached, and in original condition. Returns showing any signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, fake tan, pet hair, perfume, or odour, will be refused and returned to the sender.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and sale reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Leotards

  • Skirts

  • Ballet shoes

  • Sale or discounted items

This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt certain hygiene-sensitive items once tried on or worn.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed after the original item has been returned and approved and are subject to stock availability. We cannot reserve stock while awaiting a return.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–11 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty items

Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs provided. Claims submitted after this time may not be accepted.
